Date with Chocolate

Saturday, Feb 8th at the Salmon Elks Lodge

10:30 to 12:00 - Submit Entries
12:00 to 1:00 - Judging of Entries
1:00 - 1:30 - Public Tasting
1:30 - Live Auction

How does it work? - Each participant will bring two identical chocolate desserts. One dessert will be tasted by patrons and judges, the other will be part of an auction for the highest bidder to take home. Please bring the auction item in a container that can be sold with the dessert.

Rules: Each dessert must contain at least one type of chocolate (milk, white, or dark). The desserts will be judged by a panel of "chocolate experts". Prizes will be given to the winners chosen by the judges in each catagory. The public in attendance will also get to vote on their favorite and the overall winners will receive a prize. Registration is free!

Festivities: Entertainment will perform during the public tasting. Make sure to be there for the live auction of desserts at 1:30p.m. You can also participate in our raffle for fun gift baskets and other great items.

Donations will be accepted at the door. All proceeds from this event will benefit people with disabilities receiving services through Development Workshop's Salmon location. Hope to see you there.

Ways to Register - By Phone: 756-4608 - By Email: kelsie.merritt@dwinc.org - On Facebook: Date with Chocolate
